Priti Lamba Thuthija

Priti Lamba Thuthija, leads the sole proprietorship, "Sheelprit Accounting & Tax Services" and is the founder and managing partner in "Sheelprit Accounting & Tax Services and Sai Pharma Consulting LLC". Priti brings a robust background in accounting, audit reviews, and tax preparation tailored for individuals and various business structures including partnerships, LLCs, S Corps, and C Corps.

A resident of the San Francisco Bay Area for nearly two decades, Priti graduated with an MBA in Accounting and Finance majors from California State University, East Bay, complemented by a Master’s in Business and Commerce from H.N.B Garhwal University in the State capital, Dehradun, India. With over fifteen years of expertise in public accounting, Priti has ascended through roles from Senior Auditor to Senior Tax Accountant and Tax Advisor making significant impacts particularly in non-profit organization audits and tax seasons.

Priti is a licensed Enrolled Agent with the IRS, licensed directly by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to practice in all the 50 states. As an Enrolled Agent with the IRS, Priti has the privilege of representing the taxpayers before the IRS (Internal Revenue Service) by possessing unlimited rights of taxpayer representation before the IRS, and can handle audits, collections and appeals on behalf of the clients.

Priti is also licensed with the California Tax Education Council (CTEC) and is a full member of the California Society of Enrolled Agents (CSEA) and has also been a participant of the IRS sponsored Annual Filing Season Program.

Known for her client-centered approach, Priti excels in turning complex tax and financial situations into manageable solutions that maximize client benefits. Outside of her professional life, Priti cherishes family time, explores the great outdoors, and enjoys the picturesque landscapes of California.
